A return authorization will be issued, and we will contact you to arrange a return and replacement of the defective item(s). Please sell through your order completely prior to requesting a return authorization.
We ship orders as quickly as possible. For in stock items, orders normally ship in 24-72 hours. We ship from New York, New York. We ship most orders via UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested. Transit time is usually 1-5 business days.
For customers located in Alaska & Hawaii, we can ship your order by USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. These services take 3-7 business days for delivery.
