2. What method of payment do you accept?We accept

3. What if an item is not in stock or is on back order?We have most items in stock for immediate shipment. In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail, and give you the anticipated shipping date. You will have the option to wait for shipment, or to cancel the order.
4. What if an item is defective, or the item fails?We back all of our products with a 30 day replacement guarantee. Please contact our customer service department by telephone at (800) 893-5538, or by fax at (631) 423-8560 to obtain a return authorization number. We appreciate it if you sell through your order completely before requesting a return authorization.
5. What if my order arrives and it was damaged in transit?You must retain all damaged packaging, or your claim will be denied by the carrier. Please notify us by telephone at (800) 893-5538, or by fax at (631) 423-8560, within 5 business days of receipt. We will make a claim with the carrier, and ship you a new replacement for the damaged items.
