1. How long will it take to receive my order after it is placed?

Typically, orders are shipped out within 24-72 hours of receipt. We ship via UPS ground service. UPS transit time is usually 1-5 business days. (Alaska & Hawaii are usually 3-8 business days)

Shipping Charges Are Based On UPS Ground Service Rates, And Are Calculated  By Weight After Your Order Is Packed. Based on The Many Combinations Of Items Carried, We Cannot Calculate The Exact Shipping Charge Until Your Order Is Packed And Weighed. Shipping Charges are Typically 7% to 15% Of The Total Order Amount. If You Require An Exact Freight Quote, Please E-mail Us With The Details Of Your Order, and We Will Advise You The Exact Freight Charge.
 
 2. What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If you already have an open account with us, terms are Net 30 days. If you are a new customer, you can request a credit application to set up open account terms. Our fax number is (631) 423-8560. We do not ship COD.

3. What if an item is not in stock or is on backorder?

We have most items in stock for immediate shipment. In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail, and give you the anticipated shipping date. You will have the option to wait for shipment, or to cancel the order.

4. What if an item is defective, or the item fails?

We back all of our products with a 30 day replacement guarantee. Please contact our customer service department by telephone at (800) 893-5538, or by fax at (631) 423-8560 to obtain a return authorization number. We appreciate it if you sell through your order completely before requesting a return authorization.

5. What if my order arrives and it was damaged in transit?

Please notify us by telephone at (800) 893-5538, or by fax at (631) 423-8560, within 5 business days of receipt. We will make a claim with the carrier, and ship you a new replacement for the damaged items.
